Friday, I started with the low back therapy segment from Viniyoga Therapy for the Low Back, Sacrum and Hips. That felt oddly incomplete, so I added the inflammation relief segment (plus warm-ups) from Raviana's Dr. Yoga House Call.

Friday's lesson: It's more productive and infinitely less frustrating to focus my attention on what I can do than to worry about what I can't do.

Saturday, I got completely bound up in other projects and completely neglected my practice, so I did the absolute minimum: supta baddha konasana, with long deep breathing, before bed.

Saturday's lesson: if I don't get the yoga in early, I won't get it in at all, so I need to get it in early.
